I help leaders see what's coming, align people and systems around what matters, and build what comes next.
Most organizations don't have an answer problem. They have a question problem.
I've spent more than twenty years inside financial services, government, economic development, consulting, publishing, and the military. The titles said communications, marketing, public affairs. The work was always broader: connecting executives and operators, strategy and execution, technology and people, today's requirements and tomorrow's consequences.
Today my focus is enterprise strategy, business architecture, and strategic operations: the work that lives between functions. Along the way I founded and edited an award-winning community magazine, ran public affairs for a growing Texas city, built two consulting practices, and served the South Carolina State Guard in command, public affairs, and intelligence roles.
I'm a Certified Futurist, with executive education in breakthrough innovation strategy through X, The Moonshot Factory. Futurism, done right, is not prediction. It's recognizing what's emerging before it becomes obvious.
